Frequently Asked Questions

Can I return / exchange my order?

All sales are final but we provide exchanges in the event that the decks are damaged. All our decks come shrink wrapped and once opened, the item is not eligible for refund.

To initiate an exchange, please email us at chillinspillinn@gmail.com within 14 days with your name, order number and reason of exchange and we will get back to you with further information within 3 working days. Please note that we are not liable for the cost of return postage. 

Can I change my shipping address?

If you have received an email from us saying that your order has been shipped, it means we have shipped out your order and hence, we are unable to change the shipping address. Otherwise, you email us at chillinspillinn@gmail.com to inform us of the changes.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do. However, shipping fees may differ depending on your location.

How long does shipping take?

We will ship out your orders within 2-4 working days. Delivery takes up to 3 days for local parcels and up to 10 working days for international parcels. However, due to the current Covid-19 situation, please expect slight delays in delivery time. Thank you for your understanding!
